Pottery Lesson - Private/Small Group

Learn to make wheel thrown or hand built pottery with private lessons at the beautiful location of Bells Beach on the Surf Coast of Victoria. Purchase a class for yourself or purchase as a gift and a gift certificate will be emailed or posted to you. 

Please get in touch by email at shasta.jade.ceramics@gmail.com or using the contact form to arrange a lesson time or for a gift certificate to be sent. Lessons are typically available Wednesday, Friday and Saturday mornings in Spring, Summer and Autumn. 

Pottery lessons take place in my garden studio and are 2 hours long with an optional break midway to stroll through the gardens and enjoy the view over a tea or a cool drink.

Private tuition is a very effective way to learn as a beginner. It can also be useful for those undertaking group classes who are looking to progress more quickly or troubleshoot particular problems.

Classes are available for 1 - 3 people. For larger groups or events please get in touch to discuss your individual needs. There are 2 pottery wheels available for use. If more than 2 people are learning then a combination of wheel throwing and hand building will be taught.
