SHIPPING COST

Shasta Jade Ceramics studio is located in Bells Beach, Victoria, Australia. All ceramics are packaged very carefully. This requires a lot of packaging for protection. This will likely be a combination of reused materials and eco-friendly packaging in order to minimise the environmental impact.

Shipping costs have risen considerably over recent years. It is important to me that shipping remains affordable for you as a customer and so I endeavour to only raise shipping prices when absolutely necessary.

Shipping within Australia is currently 

Standard shipping Australia wide is $15.95 for purchases less than $250. Over $250 delivery is free.

Parcels will be shipped as soon as possible and delivery is expected within 3-5 days. 

Please note all parcels must be signed for  unless and authority to leave message is emailed to shasta.jade.ceramics@gmail.com. By placing an authority to leave message by email you are agreeing to leave the parcel at your own risk.

LOCAL PICK UP

Please select local pick up at check out to avoid delivery fees and arrange collection from Bells Beach, Victoria. You will be notified by email when your parcel is ready to collect.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE

International postage rate is estimated at $75 however you will receive an email to discuss additional postage fees if postage via Australia Post exceeds this amount at the time of shipping.

TRACKING

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
